1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IIQ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

IIQ provides AI-powered visual intelligence tools for real estate photography, including image enhancement, Standard Export (ZIP), Branded Export Pack (ZIP) generation, and listing optimization features.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial starting at the time of account creation. No credit card is required. Trial limits include up to 30 enhanced images and Standard Export (ZIP). Branded Export Pack (ZIP) is locked during the trial unless upgraded. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to images and content you upload. IIQ processes your content solely to provide the Service and does not use uploaded images for model training or any purpose beyond delivering the requested enhancements.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
